1. Delivery Stages & Timeframes

Our delivery process is divided into two distinct stages to ensure quality and accuracy:

• Processing Time: Every order undergoes checking, approval, and packing within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
• Delivery Time: Once collected by our carrier, shipments to the USA typically take 5-9 working days via local post.

*Please note: Delivery times are exclusive of customs processing. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Premium Shipping to our customers worldwide on all orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. For logistical reasons, some shipments may be fulfilled in multiple partial deliveries.

Tracking Status: Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If no information is visible after this period, please contact our support team.
